The Mission of the Miramar Amgen Teacher Support Program is to increase science literacy throughout San Diego County through the implementation of the Amgen Bruce Wallace Laboratory Program. This program is to enhance science literacy and career technical education throughout the state. We believe that this model program and the Life Sciences Summer Institute (LSSI) can serve as a model disseminated and supported throughout the state of California.
